Gooblum does not collect or request the following types of information at any time:

• government-issued identification numbers (My Number, passport, etc.);
• passwords for third-party services;
• health information or biometric data;
• information from minors intentionally.

How Long We Retain Your Data

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, or as required to comply with legal, accounting, or reporting obligations under Japanese law. Specifically:

• Email correspondence: retained for up to 24 months after the last interaction, unless a longer period is required to address ongoing matters or legal obligations.
• Analytics and technical data: retained in aggregated or anonymized form for up to 26 months, in line with default Google Analytics retention settings.
• Advertising cookies: retained according to the cookie expiration set by each advertising provider, typically between 30 days and 13 months.

When personal data is no longer needed, we delete it or irreversibly anonymize it. You may also request deletion of your personal data at any time, as described in the section on your APPI rights.

International Data Transfers

Some of the third-party services we rely on, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, and our hosting and email infrastructure, are operated by companies based outside of Japan, primarily in the United States and other jurisdictions.
